Seven Is our original New England India Pale Ale that was tirelessly concocted (and tested!) in a garage during home-brewing days. Hazy, juicy, and slightly bitter; this IPA drinks smooth and citrusy. Generously hopped with Apollo, Citra, Vic Secret, and Simcoe.

FIRE ROAD
Red Rye Ale | 7.1%
A fire road provides access to a typically remote, un-developed area. This is our fire road to an often overlooked style of beer, a red rye ale. It's spicy, slightly sour, malty with a touch of bitterness, and has an oak finish. This beer is bursting with flavors and is perfectly balanced to pair with any occasion.

After long days in the mountains, there are many tales of loggers riding timber down flumes back to their camps to enjoy libation. Anyone crazy enough to risk life and limb for a post work beer deserves a big, flavorful IPA. This hazy Double IPA delivers a perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness with bold citrus and stone fruit flavors stemming from the generous Citra and Galaxy hop additions.

West Coast India Pale Ale | 6.8%
The west coast introduced us to the big and bold IPA. Sequoia, known for its immense power and beauty, is the inspiration for our representation of this style of beer that delivers a malty sweetness, piney bitterness, and clean dry finish. Enjoy this high IBU IPA hopped with CTZ, Centennial and Cascade hops. Much respect to the west coast hoppy beers!
BACKCUT
Black India Pale Ale | 7.2%
A shift in direction can lead to amazing results. Inspired by the backcut logging technique that changes direction to cut from the opposite side of the tree, our backcut Black IPA is a shift from typical brewing direction. It combines the characteristics of an American IPA with a classic stout. The result provides the best of both sides - the dry, hop-forward drinkability of an IPA with the strong roast and chocolate flavors of a stout. Hopped with CTZ, Centennial, and Cascade.

This distinguished, hazy NE IPA is perfectly balanced with floral notes, hints of delicious passionfruit, and a touch of an elegant, white wine. One might say it's beautiful both inside AND out! Our amazing women in the brewery teamed up and worked together to create this beer to support our fellow, fierce, female warriors.

Holden, MA is a wonderful place to call home but making a left on Main Street can be a trying experience for even the most patient of us. Once your left-making Main Street errands are accomplished, treat yourself to this flavorful Session IPA. L.O.M is pilsner-based, low ABV/IBU style IPA that drinks hoppy and refreshing without the bitterness. Generously hopped with Strata, Citra, and Mosaic.

Named for the largest and tallest trees in the world, this big and bold West Coast Triple IPA stands above the rest. Amber in color, it pours clean with a fresh pine flavor and a dry, bitter finish. Generously hopped with CTZ, Centennial, Amarillo, and Simcoe hops. Cheers to the mighty Redwood!

Our favorite style of beer to enjoy during the Oktoberfest season, the German schwarzbier is a dark brown lager with a roasty malt flavor and balanced bitterness. But, don't let the dark color fool you - this is an easy drinker! Fill up your beer stein and in your best Arnold impression yell, "Get to the choppa!" Prost!

Hoppythetical is our rotational series that allows us to experiment and learn the aroma and flavor profiles of different varieties of hops. brewed with Nectaron and Mackinac hops, Our 25th version is a double IPA that features pineapple tropical fruit, and melon notes. Cranberry Sour | 3.8%
How gose it, friends? We love sharing this fun, sour-style beer that hails from the Gose River region of Germany and that is traditionally light on alcohol, brewed with sea salt and coriander, and aged with fresh fruit. This version delivers a burst of tartness from the addition of New England cranberries and a splash of orange, making it the perfect companion for your fall adventures.

The house of Drago, the Mother of Beers. Slavic for dragon, this Imperial Stout has its origins in Western Europe and is known for its fiery high ABV. It pours with a dark, rich body and expels notes of chocolate and cherry. Can you tame the Drago?

White India Pale Ale | 6.5%
A shout out to an old Toyota 4Runner that was used and abused to haul kegs endlessly at the expense of its shocks, and in the case of this beer, its shattered back window! But the result was worth it to deliver this exceptionally flavorful white IPA. A hybrid of a wheat beer and an IPA, it pours light and hazy and is bursting with fruit and citrus flavors. Hopped with warrior, Centennial, and Amarillo. Rest in peace faithful KegRunner!

Hoppythetical is our rotational series that allows us to experiment and learn the aroma and flavor profiles of different varieties of hops. The 24th version uses two new hops, NZH-214 from New Zealand and EXP ID-158 from the United States. Look for a combination of citrus and stone fruits enhanced by subtle notes of honey, apple, and vanilla. Come along with us as we experiment with these hops and let us know what you think!

Mill Street runs along the beautiful Quinapoxet River and historic mill ruins. we consider it a tribute to the working men and women who helped create the history of our hometown. This creamy, hazy IPA is loaded with Citra and Vic Secret hops and a small amount of lactose.
